What Early Access means here
The developers describe the core loop as already in place, with Early Access used to deepen and polish rather than replace it. Their stated full-version plan:

Yes, probably — in the developers' own words: the price may rise during Early Access as content is added, and again when the game leaves Early Access. Buying during Early Access is described as the cheapest way to get it, and every Early Access owner keeps the full game at no extra cost.

Content warning
This is a horror comedy about looksmaxxing culture and the store page carries an explicit mature-content notice: violence and gore, drugs and alcohol built into the core loop, a satirical reference to bonesmashing, sudden scares and dark environments, crude humour, and open voice chat that Valve does not rate.
There is also an AI-generated content disclosure: AI tools were used in a limited way for some in-game comedic images and voice barks, then edited and finalised by human artists.
