MOGGED: Looksmaxx or Die Guide

MOGGED looks rating tiers

Quick answer

The official ladder runs Chud 1 → LTN 2–3 → MTN 4–6 → HTN 7 → Chadlite 8 → Chad 9 → True Adam 10, and it scores every player and NPC in the game.

Judged on looks in MOGGED: Looksmaxx or Die

The short version

Every player — and every NPC — gets a looks rating, and the official website publishes the ladder it runs on: Chud 1 → LTN 2–3 → MTN 4–6 → HTN 7 → Chadlite 8 → Chad 9 → True Adam 10. Your first run starts below 3 ("sub3"), and the whole game is the climb.

The official ladder

TierRatingWhat it means in a run
Chud1Bottom of the scale — the exact profile the hunter is looking for
LTN2–3Low-tier normie; the starting neighbourhood for a new save
MTN4–6Mid-tier normie; the safe middle of a working lobby
HTN7High-tier normie; comfortably above a typical quota
Chadlite8Just below the top of the ladder
Chad9The kind of face the door man lets in without a second look
True Adam10Ceiling of the scale

The scale is applied broadly: the site's own words are that every player and NPC gets a looks rating, so shopkeepers, party guests and roommates are all being scored by the same ruler.

How the ladder connects to the rest of the HUD

  • LOOKS is the gauge that reports your position. Official screenshots show it running as /10 values — 0.9, 2.4, 3.0, 3.6, 4.3 — which are points on this ladder, not a separate stat.
  • The quota compares positions, not progress. A group average that lands below the required number fails the week even if everyone improved. Details in the stats guide.
  • The hunter reads the bottom of the ladder. Being the lowest-rated face in the room is the mechanic the store page advertises as "the ugliest player gets hunted" — see the enemies guide.

Practical reading of the tiers

  1. Sub3 is a starting position, not a verdict. The store page describes dragging your score toward 10 with products, procedures and research peptides.
  2. MTN is the working target. It covers the widest band (4–6), which makes it the most realistic landing zone for a first week and comfortably mid-pack in a lobby.
  3. Being mid-pack beats being best. The survival rule is "prettier than at least one friend", so a coordinated squad of HTNs is safer than one Chad carrying three Chuds.
  4. Ratings are compared live. Because NPCs are rated too, the party is a moving benchmark rather than a fixed difficulty.
