MOGGED peptides and batches
Quick answer
Peptides are the high-margin route: mix groceries with research chemicals, dose your friends, sell the batch — the launch build ships 19 side effects and no published recipe.

The short version
The store page describes your score being dragged toward 10 by "stolen products, questionable procedures and increasingly experimental research peptides". The developer's inventory answer puts a number on the risk: 19 peptide side effects. The official site adds the loop around them — Form an LLC: mix groceries with research chemicals, test doses on your friends, sell the batch to somebody with even worse judgment.
What peptides do in the loop
| Step | What happens | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Buy groceries | 62 grocery items are the raw half of the 126-object inventory | Raw material is bought, not found |
| Mix the batch | Groceries plus research chemicals, per the official site | The batch is your product, not a pickup |
| Test on friends | Doses land on roommates first | 19 published side effects exist; the table does not |
| Sell it | "Sell the batch to somebody with even worse judgment" | Cash for rent, gear and the next batch |
| Watch the town | One bad batch and the whole thing turns — the official site's own warning | The Outbreak is the failure state of your business |
Why the game pushes you toward them
Three lines from the official material line up:
- Prices are exploding. Beauty products are scarce and the local frat is bulk-buying enough to move the local economy.
- The quota still goes up. If your group comes up short, the store page suggests diversifying into illegal pharmaceuticals, sketchy procedures, stock trading or gainful employment — whatever raises the average.
- LOOKS is the only scoreboard. The mundane tools (Gua Sha, mewing, a normal cart from MaxMart) and the experimental ones feed the same gauge, so the risky route is optional rather than required.

The risk table you can actually read
| Known | Not known |
|---|---|
| 19 side effects are in the launch build | Which effects, and how often |
| Side effects exist for the person dosed | Whether they are permanent or fade |
| One bad batch can spread beyond your friends | What the town-level failure looks like in practice |
| The Doctor mixes "fresh peptide recipes" | Whether NPC recipes are usable by players |
The enemies guide covers the cast that comes with them, including The Outbreak and The Doctor.
Practical advice for a first batch
- Sell, do not hoard. Everything confiscated after 5AM is permanently gone, so cash in hand beats stock on your body — see the money guide.
- Test on someone you can afford to lose. The game's own loop puts the first dose on your roommates; that is a hint about who bears the variance.
- Keep a mundane floor. Normal activities and a normal cart keep LOOKS moving while the chemistry side pays for itself.
- Read the tiers. Where your rating sits decides how dangerous a failed week is — see the rating tiers.
